Sort by...then by....

Hi --

I was wondering if anyone has a program that will sort a two-column matrix by the first column and then the second. Example:

(1,2)
(3,1)
(2,3)
(1,3)
(2,1)
(1,1)

Sorted:

(1,1)
(1,2)
(1,3)
(2,1)
(2,3)
(3,1)
