Are there any plans to improve the usablity of the website and the mobile apps? They are all hard to use, and I noticed that the Android app had features that the Apple app didn't. Not sure about the reverse.
Setting up an agenda is painful. As I selected sessions there was no feedback about conflicts, so you have to go to your agenda and try to remove the extra sessions or live with the double booking. Sometimes removal didn't work.
The agenda in the Apps were static, and didn't reflect the passage of time. See Monday's schedule at the top of my agenda when it was Monday was great. By the time Wednesday morning came around, having to scroll past all my sessions on Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, and Tuesday afternoon got very tedious. Gray them out and auto-scroll or divide it up into days or something! Don't erase the past schedule though, I want to be able to refer back to it when I need to.
Searching is abysmal. I wanted to search for a specific presentor and couldn't find anyway to search by presentor. Because of this I missed their session that I would really wanted to attend.
Syncing between the website and the app was problematic. It seemed to improve right before the Event, but for a week or so, I couldn't see my current schedule on the App that the website was showing.
The surveys should be linked to the session so that I can go to my agenda and pick a session and go to the survey to fill it out. As near as I could tell there were no tools to go from the agenda to the survey and no tools to sort the surveys either. If you value my feedback, make it easier for me to give it to you.
I would expect as a professional in the technology field to have much better software than we have seen this year and in years past.
